Daud Yordan Promotions needed more than a campaign website for Back to Champion 2026 — VIP hospitality guests had to be invited, tracked, and checked in on the night of the event, with payments and guest data handled reliably under real time pressure.

A live sports event runs on a hard deadline: guest lists, payments, and printed or digital credentials all have to be correct by fight night. The system needed to cover the full guest journey — invitation, import, payment, and check-in — not just a marketing page.

Kara Digital designed and built the public event website and a connected hospitality operations system: guest invitations, Excel import workflow, payment monitoring, PDF generation, and event-day check-in.

We treated the campaign site and the operations system as one product with two audiences: the public site sells the experience (fight night, VIP hospitality, arena atmosphere), while the admin system runs the guest journey behind the scenes — invitations, bulk import, payment tracking, and QR-based check-in.

The public site leads with cinematic event storytelling and a clear VIP hospitality offer, while staying fast and legible on mobile for guests checking event details on the go.

The operations dashboard covers invitation management, a controlled Excel import workflow for guest data, payment monitoring, private PDF generation for credentials, and a live event-day check-in scanning flow — with a responsive admin view for on-site staff.
