PT LKM needed a way to see every active project order — its stage, owner, due date, and risk — in one place, instead of tracking delivery across disconnected spreadsheets and chat threads.

Cross-division project work breaks down when ownership, stage, and risk aren't visible in one shared view. The business needed a lightweight internal tool that gives leadership oversight without forcing every division into a heavyweight enterprise platform.

Kara Digital designed and built an internal project-control system covering owner-level dashboards, project/order tracking, and a cross-division task workflow.

We built around three connected views: an owner dashboard for portfolio-level KPIs and risk, a project/order list with customer, PIC, stage, and progress, and a persistent kanban board for day-to-day task execution across divisions.

The dashboard surfaces risk and progress at a glance, while the task board gives individual divisions a familiar kanban workflow for execution — connecting strategic oversight to daily work without adding process overhead.

Built on Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL/Prisma, the system tracks projects, orders, tasks, and structured task creation in one shared data model.
