Khayra Physio needed a public-facing clinic website that builds trust with new patients, alongside a booking system that removes the friction of scheduling a physiotherapy appointment by phone.

Healthcare bookings need to feel simple and safe. The site had to present services and clinic credibility clearly while connecting directly into a live booking flow — without patients bouncing between a marketing site and an unrelated tool.

Kara Digital designed the clinic website and the responsive public booking experience, and delivered a custom Laravel clinic-administration system for staff.

The homepage leads with trust signals and a clear patient flow, service pages describe treatment programs in plain language, and the booking flow is reachable directly from key entry points rather than buried in a separate section.

On mobile, the booking flow keeps the same step structure as desktop so patients booking from their phone — the majority use case for a local clinic — get the same clarity as a desktop visitor.

Behind the public booking flow is a custom Laravel administration system for staff to manage bookings and clinic operations.
